Grooming with a loving touch, one dog at a time

I'm Carole, a one-to-one dog groomer. Your dog is the only dog with me during the appointment, so grooming stays calm and unhurried, and I'm trained to help nervous dogs feel at ease.

Your dog is the only dog I groom that appointment, so we can take our time and keep the whole visit calm and comfortable.

The approach

Gentle, considered grooming that suits your dog

Every dog is different, so I plan each groom around the dog in front of me rather than a fixed routine.

Anatomical grooming

Coats are shaped with the dog's build and comfort in mind, so grooming works with your dog rather than against them.

Qualified, and trained for anxious dogs

Understanding Canine Anxiety and City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Dog Grooming, all passed with distinction, plus holistic training and full insurance. Even nervous dogs, or those others may have found difficult, are in safe, capable hands.

Kind, unhurried and dog-led

With only one dog booked in at a time, I can go at your dog's pace and keep the whole visit calm.

What I offer

Grooming, tailored to your dog

Every dog is different, so nothing here is off a fixed menu. Nervous, elderly and first-time dogs are always welcome, and always at their own pace.

Full groom

A complete groom built around your dog: bath, dry, brush-out, a coat style that suits their breed and build, plus nails, ears and finishing touches. Always at a pace that keeps your dog comfortable.

We decide the finished style together, around your dog's breed, coat and temperament, and your lifestyle too: how much time you can honestly give to brushing at home each week. That keeps the groom practical and comfortable between visits.
