Loving Touch Dog Grooming is just me, a bespoke one-to-one dog groomer based in Essex. I've spent around six years grooming dogs, and I've built the way I work around one simple idea: your dog should be the only dog in the room.
Rather than running several dogs through at once, I groom one dog at a time. That way I can give your dog calm, focused attention and go at their pace instead of the clock's.
I hold City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Dog Grooming and Understanding Canine Anxiety, all passed with distinction, plus holistic training, also with distinction, and I'm fully insured. That anxiety training matters most of all: it means I know how to keep nervous dogs, or those others may have found difficult, calm and settled. I groom anatomically, with each dog's build and comfort in mind, and because I only ever take one dog at a time, dogs can go at their own pace.

Grooming should never be something a dog dreads. By keeping every appointment one-to-one and unhurried, I can read how a dog is feeling and adjust as I go, rather than working to a clock.
It's a calmer way to groom, and it tends to show. Much of my work comes through personal recommendation from owners whose dogs are happy to come back.
